Your Workplace
Clinic 3 is an open psychiatric clinic that operates in a team-based manner around patients with specialized psychiatric needs.
The clinic is part of the adult psychiatry area, which includes outpatient care, inpatient care, and forensic psychiatry. Our team consists of committed and experienced nurses, caregivers, social workers, occupational therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and administrative staff.
As a physician with us, you will have significant opportunities to help shape and develop the best care with high patient safety for our patients based on your medical knowledge. Your Responsibilities
A typical workday as a physician at our clinic may include participating in treatment conferences, referral groups, rounds, and morning meetings. You will receive patients and conduct psychiatric diagnostics, evaluate medication effects, assess and follow up on sick leave, prescribe and monitor medications, and support colleagues in the team based on your medical expertise. You will also be involved in various investigations based on your role as a physician.
Your Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone with a specialist education in psychiatry and experience working in the field. Experience from working in a specialized psychiatric clinic or involvement in change processes is advantageous.
As a person, you should have a strong patient focus with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to work. You are confident in your role, structured, proactive, and have an ease in establishing contacts. You must also be able to adapt to different situations. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
