Hässelbygårdsskolan is a school in northwestern Stockholm.
We are a K-9 school located in a multicultural area, meaning that the majority of our students have a mother tongue other than Swedish. The school has 400 students and offers preschool classes, primary school, after-school care, and adapted primary education. All students have access to digital tools in their learning. The qualifications of our educators are high, and the school has a complete student health team.

Your role
We are looking for a teacher who will teach grades 2 and 3.
You will be part of a work team and a subject team where you collaborate with colleagues and play an important role in collegial learning to create new and deepened knowledge.
As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, documentation, assessment, and evaluation of the classes you teach.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has high expectations for students' achievement, good pedagogical insight, and is clear and engaged in bringing out the best in students. You, who are applying:
- Are a licensed primary school teacher with qualifications in the subjects of Swedish/SVA, mathematics, natural sciences, and social studies.
- Have documented experience in the teaching profession.
- Have experience working in a multicultural area.
- Have experience with digital methods as a reinforcement in teaching.
You have a good ability to design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current knowledge requirements. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and structure and adapt your teaching to create a safe and adequate learning environment. You involve students in planning and develop their ability to learn, both independently and collaboratively.
You are confident, stable, have the ability to build good relationships with your students, and are a clear leader in the classroom. You create good conditions for collaboration with parents and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your lesson structure as well as other tasks included in your role effectively.
