Refrigeration Technician - Service

In this role, you will be responsible for deployment, maintenance, component replacement, and urgent repairs of Vertiv Thermal Management products and other contracted systems. Customers are in IT, data centers, and industry where Vertiv provides critical digital infrastructure. The job includes contact with both customers and partners in Sweden, the rest of the Nordic region, and Europe. Beyond work at our customer sites, a key part of the role is providing both internal and external support based on expertise in cooling technology. To develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field, full internal support and relevant service training on Vertiv's thermal technology product portfolio will be offered. Close dialogue will occur between scheduling teams and department management. As Vertiv's on-site representative, the goal is to promote Vertiv as a professional service provider. 5 years of experience working in a technical service environment with thermal equipment or similar is meritorious, but the right personality is equally important. The role involves periodic extensive travel, primarily within Sweden and the Nordic region, but other travel may also occur.
