About the Client: Our client is a very happy and active girl who loves being in motion. She is hyperactive and needs an assistant who can help her through daily, predetermined activities. She enjoys being outdoors and exploring the world around her, but on rainy days she prefers indoor activities like visiting the swimming pool. She has no verbal communication but can express herself through individual words and receives support through language interpretation.
Job Responsibilities:
• Daily Activities: Accompany and participate in all activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Care: Provide total care including feeding and personal hygiene.
• Safety: Constantly be close to the client and keep her safe, read situations and act preventatively.
• Planning: Work according to a predetermined schedule that clearly describes the day's activities.
• Communication: Use language interpretation and other communication aids to understand and support the client.
We Are Looking For:
• Female Assistants: 25 years and older.
• No Driving License Required: You do not need to have a driver's license.
• Good Physical Condition: You need to have good physical fitness to manage an active job.
• Non-Smoker: It is important that you do not smoke.
• Sensitivity: We value your ability to be attentive and responsive to the client's needs and signals.
• Previous experience working with intellectual disabilities is a REQUIREMENT.
