About this role
I am a positive and social 25-year-old woman seeking a female personal assistant who is willing to work during the day, evening, weekend, and night with a sleeping shift (3.5 hours).
The working hours are varied and follow a rotating schedule, with a workload of approximately 50–75%.
About me
I have a great interest in music and film, and I enjoy swimming and spending time with friends. I live in my own apartment in Uddevalla and sometimes spend time at my parents' home in Ljungskile, where the workplace will be located during those times.
I have a CP disability and a significant need for care. You will assist me with personal care, tube feeding, exercise, and the use of my assistive devices, such as a cough machine and Pari Boy. I thrive on clear routines – therefore, it is important that you do as well.
I communicate using eye control, communication boards, and pictures, which means you need to be fluent in Swedish to interpret me in various situations. Familiarity with computers is a plus.

About the position
You will start as an hourly employee, with the possibility of a temporary position if we enjoy working together – as long as the assignment lasts.
The working hours are during the day, evening, weekend, and night with a sleeping shift of 3.5 hours, according to a rotating schedule.

The cooperative has roots in the Independent Living movement, which is based on the principle that individuals with disabilities know best how they want to live their lives. Typically, the person receiving assistance is the closest supervisor of the assistants, or a person with in-depth knowledge of the individual is appointed.
