About this role
I am a 36-year-old man who enjoys music, daily walks, good food, excursions, and visits to the swimming pool.
As my assistant, you should be an orderly person; experience in personal assistance and autism is a plus. To thrive in this job, you should be genuinely interested in working with people, able to stay calm in stressful situations, and attentive to my needs. Good physical health is important for you to manage the job.
Since there will be double assistance, you will sometimes work alongside one of my other assistants. It is important that you can collaborate with both of us, focusing on me and my needs.
You will assist me with tasks that I would do myself if it weren't for my disability, in the manner I prefer. Being my personal assistant is a qualified and responsible job. It requires maturity and the ability to understand another person's situation. Your workplace will be wherever I am.
You who apply should also be smoke-free.
As a team leader with me, you are the hub of my assistance. You will plan and organize the daily work, ensure staffing is adequate, and handle scheduling and substitutes. You are the link between me, my assistants, and the office, with overall responsibility for ensuring that the assistance is always based on my needs and complies with relevant laws and guidelines.
In the role of team leader, you will:
- Ensure adequate staffing with staffing coordinators
- Recruit and successfully onboard new assistants
- Work with systematic work environment initiatives
Working hours: I am looking for someone who is flexible and can work day, evening, night, and weekends. Your employment will be on a scheduled basis.
