We at Vår Omtanke are now seeking several personal assistants who want to work with our customer in Södertälje! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work together with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.
About the Position:
I am a 60-year-old woman with a muscle disease (DM). I am currently seeking more personal assistants for my cheerful team. I can speak for myself but need help with everything in my daily life. This includes everything from care, daily ADL activities, household management to walking my dog.
Who Are You?
You have caregiving experience (preferably working with muscle diseases). You are comfortable with dogs and dog care, take your work seriously, and should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation while being very attentive. Last but not least, we should enjoy working together. If you are engaged in your work while having the ability to blend commitment with humor and ease, you have a good chance of thriving here!

• Able to Step in on Short Notice
• Either a Morning Person or Experienced with Working Night Shifts

Working Hours and Employment Scope:
Hourly employment, filling in as needed. Shifts are scheduled: 07-15, 15-22, 22-07 (active night)
If we are a good match, there will be opportunities to secure regular shifts.
Salary: Fixed hourly rate by agreement, other compensations according to collective agreement.
Start Date: By arrangement
