About the Job
As a personal assistant, you will work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You will support the client in everyday activities and leisure time, with all tasks based on the client's individual needs and preferences. Your workplace is wherever the client is located.
Job Responsibilities
Tasks vary depending on the client's life situation and may include personal care, mobility support, household chores, cooking, and daily routines. You will also participate in activities both at home and outdoors.
The client leads an active life with a strong interest in their dogs, which they train and compete with. The role therefore involves numerous walks and outdoor activities in varying weather conditions.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. You will always receive a thorough introduction with the client and access to training for the personal assistant role.
Additional Requirements: To perform the job effectively, you must have a B driver's license and access to a car, as public transportation to the client's residence is very limited. An interest in dogs and comfort with an active work environment involving significant outdoor time is advantageous.
Employment Information
This is a temporary position for the duration of the assistance assignment, with hourly employment. Work hours vary around the clock and include day, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as active night shifts and on-call duties.
Salary and terms according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Personal Assistance – Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal.
