Alter Assistans is now seeking an engaged and reliable personal assistant for a warm and friendly woman living centrally in Lund. Her children also live in the household, which means you need to be comfortable in a family environment.
The position is a needs-based employment where you cover for the regular assistant's absence, such as during illness or vacation. Work shifts are scheduled during daytime between 06:30–16:00 or evening time between 16:00–00:00.
The customer prefers female applicants and wishes for candidates over 25 years old.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine interest in working with people and a positive attitude
• Is attentive, responsible, and quick to learn new tasks
• Enjoys working both independently and in collaboration with others
• Has previous experience in healthcare and care (merit but not required)
