About this role
Are you looking for a job where you can work in customer service and be a lifesaver at the same time? Then you've come to the right place! As a community host, you will contribute to our goal at Väsbyhem of becoming Sweden's best landlord by helping where it is truly needed. Would you also like to work at Sweden's best workplace, surrounded by wonderful colleagues with a strong sense of community? Apply today!
What does the job entail? We are currently looking for two community hosts to join us at Väsbyhem! In the role of community host, you will become a bit of a daily hero by assisting our tenants when they really need it. You will manage your own property portfolio, get to know your tenants, and ensure they receive the best service. Your days will be varied; one day you might be out patrolling a residential area, the next day you could be fixing a dripping faucet or a broken door handle. You will carry out the necessary maintenance and ensure that everything in our properties functions as it should. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop in a role where no two days are alike, perfect for you who enjoys variety and meeting new people!
Our goal is to become Sweden's best landlord, and you are an important part of that journey! As a community host, you will meet our tenants in your portfolio daily, and you will be the one they turn to with questions, concerns, and suggestions for improvements. Of course, you will always do your best to create satisfied customers!
Your colleague David (community host) says…
"When I see that the tenants are happy, I know I have made a difference."
Do you want to work at Sweden's best workplace and become a daily hero? Then we think you should read on!
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has…
• Previous experience in customer service
• Good computer skills as you will be working in property-related systems
• Comfort in communicating verbally and in writing in Swedish
• A valid driver's license (B)
It is an advantage if you also have:
• Experience in similar tasks within the property industry, such as a community host, repair technician, or another role with tenant contact
• Good knowledge of rental legislation
• Proficiency in languages other than Swedish
Who are you? We believe you like to stay on top of things. You plan, prioritize, and ensure that tasks are completed on time. When a problem arises, you are the one who rolls up your sleeves and solves it, rather than waiting for a miracle solution. You thrive in social situations and have the ability to build trust, whether it’s with tenants, contractors, or colleagues. In addition, you are considerate and attentive to the fact that all tenants have different needs and life situations, and you adapt your approach accordingly.

Daniel Aronson and Thérèse Fleetwood, Area Managers at Väsbyhem.
