JOB DESCRIPTION As a Quality Developer within Individual and Family Care, your primary task will be to work with quality and development issues. You will work proactively and supportively in close collaboration with the operations manager and other employees within the Individual and Family Care area, primarily with those in Child and Youth Care. The operational area includes both execution and authority matters. Examples of tasks: - Contribute to the development of quality and operational development across the entire Individual and Family Care sector. - Develop routines, guiding documents, and plans. - Stay informed about areas for improvement based on quality and development aspects. - Work on drafting documents and reports, for example, for our assignment committees. - Take significant responsibility for the development of our processes. - Conduct investigations and surveys aimed at providing the operations with decision-making support and knowledge on relevant issues. - Contribute to the further development of the follow-up work of our various interventions. - Support the operations manager and unit managers regarding quality and development work. - Act as process support and process leader for development assignments on behalf of the operations manager. You are expected to lead processes forward and support managers in the organization, including during the implementation of new working methods, the execution of approved development and action plans, and in follow-up work. Organizationally, you will report directly to the operations manager and work closely with the other quality developers in the organization. You will be part of the management team for Individual and Family Care and have the entire operation as your area of responsibility, with a primary focus on Child and Youth Care. You will also be part of a broader context within the division alongside other quality developers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: - A degree in social work. - Extensive knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the Individual and Family Care sector and of municipal operations in general. - Experience working with various IT support systems for process mapping and operational follow-up. - In-depth knowledge and extensive professional experience within the authority and execution components of Individual and Family Care, both for children and youth as well as adults. - A good understanding and knowledge of both administrative and authority processes. - Strong ability to express yourself very well both verbally and in writing. - Good ability and experience in collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment. - Good ability and experience in creating, participating in, and maintaining networks. - Very good computer skills. - A valid driver's license (B category). To be successful in this position, you are an initiative-taking person with excellent collaboration skills. You are communicative and possess good pedagogical abilities, with a clear user focus. Additionally, you are analytical, responsible, and enjoy working independently.
