The Quality and Sustainability Unit has a cross-administrative mission concerning responsibility for operational planning, energy issues, environmental and sustainability matters, information management, and process development. The unit also has investigative assignments within complex property strategic issues and coordinates and drives development projects. We are located in bright, pleasant offices at Dockplatsen in Malmö, just a few minutes' walk from the central station.
Regionfastigheter develops and manages the properties of Region Skåne. Currently, we are making the largest investments ever in the hospital areas of Skåne. Regionfastigheter project manages, builds, and develops large complex projects in sensitive hospital environments. We manage properties and advanced technical systems and must ensure high operational reliability every day of the year. Our work is a prerequisite for safe and secure care. We are also expanding the infrastructure for public transport in Skåne, with new service depots for buses, trams, and trains.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Quality Developer with us, you will play a central role in advancing Regionfastigheter's quality work. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating the management's process work and supporting the organization in creating uniform, efficient, and quality-assured working methods.
You will drive and develop the cross-administrative work with processes and quality development. An important part of your role will be to identify bottlenecks and proactively drive improvement proposals together with the organization. As part of this work, you will produce analyses, decision-making materials, and communicate complex issues clearly. The position also involves preparing documentation, writing and analyzing in writing, as well as presenting complex issues to groups and conducting workshops. You will contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement through analysis, follow-up, and learning. The role also includes training, supporting, and communicating what it means to work in a process-oriented manner within a line organization. You will become a key person in the effort to create structure, clarity, and quality in our working methods.
The position also includes overall responsibility for the project related to our development journey in archive and information management, in close collaboration with our information strategist. This work involves further developing a modern, rule-based, and efficient management of information and documentation within the administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for the position, we expect you to have a relevant academic education or other training deemed relevant, as well as several years of experience in process and business development. We also want you to have experience in project management, preferably with project management training. To be relevant for the position, you need to have a good knowledge of and interest in systems in general. Excellent ability to communicate, analyze, and present complex information, both verbally and in writing, is required. Experience working in a public organization is an advantage, as is experience in the real estate sector.
