PartnerTech Karlskoga AB is currently in an expansion phase and is seeking new employees.
We are now looking for a Quality Technician for our quality department.
In the role of Quality Technician, you will be one of our key personnel in our efforts to achieve quality goals and to prevent and eliminate quality issues.
Primarily, you will work on analyzing the causes of emerging problems and identifying and recommending appropriate actions.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure and improve the company's overall quality performance.
- Act as the company's contact person for customers and internally regarding quality issues.
- Manage complaints from customers and follow up on corrective actions according to 8D methodology.
- Participate as a quality representative in the company's customer team and project work.
- Initiate quality improvement actions in cross-functional teams.
- Develop working methods and procedures for improved quality performance.
- Engage and educate employees in quality awareness and support production in daily operations, while also driving cases such as analyzing deviations - from problem to solution.
- Perform MSA, participate in FMEA work and control plans.
- Support production by being knowledgeable about customer requirements and quality issues.
- Independently initiate and drive improvement work both in project form and as individual assignments.
Qualifications
Previous experience with MSA, SPS, FMEA, and control plans is advantageous. Case management is conducted in Monitor.
You have at least a high school education, preferably a university degree in a relevant field or several years of experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the Employment
The positions involve work that is subject to defense secrecy and requires Swedish citizenship. Background checks, security clearance interviews, and alcohol and drug tests will be conducted prior to employment. The position starts as a fixed-term contract but will become a permanent position upon a suitable match.
In this role, you will report to the company's Quality and Environmental Manager.
