Here, high-tech competence is combined with a genuine commitment to quality, sustainability, and modern production processes. What does the role offer?
As a Quality Engineer, you will be a key person in the daily quality work. You will work both practically and analytically, focusing on measurement technology, deviation management, and continuous improvement efforts. You will collaborate closely with setters and operators to provide necessary support when needed. Examples of tasks include:
• Programming and performing measurements using coordinate measuring machines, measuring arms, and 3D scanners
• Deviation management, complaints, and root cause analyses
• Calibration of measuring equipment
• Contributing to quality work according to APQP, PPAP, and 8D
• Preparation in Rektron SQC
• Supporting production with improvement proposals and quality issues
• Producing reports, analyzing measurement data, and working in the business system Monitor.
You will report to the Quality and Environmental Manager and work closely with both production, technology, and sales. The role also involves contacting customers and suppliers—sometimes on-site and sometimes through travel within Sweden and internationally.
Who are you?
You are a technology-oriented individual with strong analytical abilities and a desire to understand how measurement data affects quality and processes. You enjoy switching between meticulous measurement tasks and communicative responsibilities and appreciate the freedom to plan and manage your work independently.
You have experience in measurement technology and are comfortable with reading drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T) as well as statistical methods (SPC, MSA). Experience in leading improvement projects using structured methods such as PDCA or Six Sigma is also valued. You may have worked in a similar role in the metal or automotive industry, or with processes where precision and quality are crucial. Programming measuring machines, preferably in PC-DMIS or equivalent, is desirable, along with knowledge of IATF standards, APQP, PPAP, and 8D. You are accustomed to working in a production-related environment and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and collaborative. You build trust easily, communicate clearly, and act solution-oriented even in pressured situations.
Is this your perfect match?
At Bendiro, you will find an independent and responsible role in a modern production environment where quality and technology go hand in hand. The role offers significant freedom and variety; you will work with both daily operations and long-term improvements, participate in development projects, and travel to both Swedish and international customers. Here, you will also have opportunities for growth, such as through training in Six Sigma or advanced measurement technology. In short, you will have a role with great trust, broad responsibilities, and excellent opportunities to make an impact.
