As a Quality Strategist, you will be a key player in our organization, contributing to developing our municipality by working on governance, management, quality, and digitalization. You will work closely with management and political leadership, supporting departments in setting goals, tracking results, and developing work methods – always with quality and efficiency in focus. The Quality Strategist role will be centrally positioned in the Service Section. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Quality Strategist, you will: • Develop and implement our governance and management model • Support departments in formulating relevant goals and indicators • Follow up and analyze operational results to ensure quality and efficiency • Drive digitalization initiatives and promote the use of digital tools • Lead and participate in cross-functional development projects and processes • Serve as contact person with SKR in the Municipal Quality in Brief (KKIK) network • Manage the Stratsys quality management system • Actively work on strategies to implement the municipality's new vision You will be a crucial part of coordinating the municipality's internal control work, work closely with municipal leadership, provide support on strategic quality, governance, and development issues, and assist the immediate manager in overarching matters. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking candidates who have: • Relevant academic degree in political science, economics, systems science, or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer • Experience working with governance, management, and quality development • Good understanding of digitalization opportunities and experience leading digital development projects • Ability to analyze complex information and present it pedagogically • Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships Additional merits include: • Experience and knowledge of the Stratsys system • Experience from municipal or public sector operations We will place significant emphasis on personal suitability during the Quality Strategist recruitment.
