Here is a Key Quality Coordinator role in an innovative and growing organization that delivers technically advanced components to some of the world's leading vehicle manufacturers. Job Responsibilities As part of our quality team, you'll become a key person in ensuring the highest quality of our advanced automotive components. You will work closely with production, design, and our customers to quality-assure processes, materials, and products from development phase to series production. The role includes: • Ensuring quality requirements according to IATF 16949 and customer-specific standards are met. • Participating in and driving quality-related activities such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and MSA. • Developing and monitoring quality processes in line with established procedures. • Performing root cause analyses and proposing preventive actions for deviations. • Collaborating with suppliers & customers on quality and documentation matters. • Contributing to further developing the company's management system and quality culture. This is a role for someone who wants to be involved in a high-tech environment where precision, innovation, and material knowledge are central — and where your work directly impacts the end result. Your Background We are seeking candidates with experience in quality work according to ISO 9001, preferably from manufacturing or industrial environments. You thrive in an environment with high demands for accuracy and documentation, and you have a genuine interest in working systematically with continuous improvement. We would like you to have: • Experience with ISO 9001 and interest in developing within IATF 16949. • Good understanding of production processes, preferably with materials like composites. • Experience with tools such as FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, or similar. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in the automotive industry is meritorious but not required — most important is your quality understanding, meticulousness, and willingness to develop in the field.
