The role of Quality Coordinator is new within SiS, and its purpose is to strengthen the home’s ability to conduct proactive, legally secure, and systematic quality work. Your mission will be to contribute to the long-term development of quality in the operations. Specifically, this means that you will: • Coordinate and manage the home’s systematic quality work to ensure that early signals of deficiencies are captured and translated into improvement efforts. • Support the home’s managers in handling deviations such as Lex Sarah, IVO, and JO cases, and contribute to ensuring that legally secure processes are applied in investigative work. • Assist the managers in the home’s work to implement new governing documents, methods, and working practices. The role involves working independently but in close collaboration with the home’s management team. You will also be part of a network of quality coordinators across all homes within the authority, providing opportunities for dialogue and experience sharing. You will be organizationally placed under the Quality Manager and will be part of a team with treatment secretaries, nurses, and psychologists. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong commitment to quality issues with a focus on the rights of children and youth. You are analytical, structured, and meticulous, with a good ability to drive and maintain processes. You possess integrity and the ability to balance between a supportive and a scrutinizing role. Furthermore, you have a strong ability to work independently while being communicative and pedagogical, to support managers and staff in the development of the home’s quality work. You should also have: • An academic degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or equivalent academic education combined with work experience that we assess as comparable. • Experience working with systematic quality work in operations regulated by SOSFS 2011:9. • Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. • A valid driver’s license (B category). It is advantageous if you also have: • Knowledge of administrative law, Lex Sarah, and regulations related to supervision. • Good knowledge and experience in data collection, documentation, and analysis.
