About this role

Cedergrenska is a growing school organization with high ambitions for learning and development. We are now seeking a Quality Coordinator who wants to help shape the future for our students and employees. Cedergrenska provides education of the highest quality for children and students from preschool to post-secondary education. Currently, we have over 50 units, each with its own profile and brand. With central support functions for quality, marketing, HR, IT, finance, payroll, cleaning, school meals, service, and real estate, we ensure more time for students and the pedagogical work in our schools. **Quality Coordinator** As a Quality Coordinator within Cedergrenska, you will coordinate the quality work across different school forms and contribute to the development of systematic quality work and internal reviews throughout the organization. You are expected to contribute to effective processes for developing a systematic quality approach that enhances our operations. Within the organization, we aim to systematically highlight both areas for development and good examples. You are knowledgeable in the school sector and provide advisory support primarily to school leaders and principals, enabling them to make informed decisions and assisting during inspections from school authorities. This role also includes being the system manager for our systems related to quality work. You will primarily collaborate with the Quality Manager, Business Developer, and School Leaders, as well as with other support functions within Cedergrenska and principals. **We are looking for someone who:** - Has a relevant academic degree. - Has experience in systematic quality work within schools. - Possesses good knowledge of the Education Act and school regulations. - Has a well-developed linguistic analytical ability. - Can express themselves fluently in spoken and written Swedish. - Enjoys working on and implementing processes. - Can communicate and collaborate with others. **We consider it an advantage if you have:** - Experience as a school leader. - Experience in quality work at the upper secondary school level. **Our core values – Trust, Collaboration, and Professionalism** We believe in creating a culture where trust is the foundation of relationships, collaboration is the key to success, and professionalism permeates everything we do.
