We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator for our Nyköping Bibana project. This project is part of the Swedish Transport Administration's railway project Ostlänken. The work involves earthworks, concrete works, and railway construction, requiring close collaboration between several technical areas.

**Your role as Quality Coordinator**
As a Quality Coordinator at Implenia, you will be a key person in ensuring that our projects maintain the highest quality and comply with applicable regulations and internal processes.
You will work closely with the project organization to create structure, follow up, and drive improvements in the quality area.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Driving and developing the project's quality work, including requirement management, follow-up, deviations, and improvement measures.
- Ensuring proper documentation and data management in the project's system support, as well as adapting and maintaining structures in our data and document management systems.
- Training and supporting project employees in the use of methods, working practices, templates, and tools related to quality and project processes.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of project-specific routines and processes, as well as delivering verification documentation to the client.
- Participating in internal, external, and client audits and following up on actions.
- Collaborating closely with both the project organization and central quality functions, participating in the company's cross-functional Quality group, and reporting quality status to the organization.
**We are looking for someone who**
Has experience in quality work and document management, preferably within the construction or civil engineering industry.
You are structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented, enjoy taking responsibility, and find it easy to collaborate.
You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to build trust within the organization.
You have:
- Relevant education and at least five years of experience in qualified quality work.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working in digital environments.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license (B).
