Here, you will become an important part of a business that combines craftsmanship with technology – focusing on color production and shading. **About the position:** In this role, you will handle manual recipe mixing, create color shades, and perform quality checks on products. Documentation of analysis results is also required to ensure that products meet the necessary requirements and standards. You will be part of a team of about five people in the company's QC department, where collaboration, accountability, and quality are paramount. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the processes of the color industry and develop within the field. As a person, we hope you are self-assured, attentive, meticulous, and have a knack for collaboration. To thrive in this role, you should be accustomed to practical work with a strong sense of craftsmanship and have an eye for detail. A strong interest in chemistry and technology, as well as production processes, is a significant plus.
