We have three production facilities in Sweden. In our largest and newest production facility located in Albyberg, south of Stockholm, approximately 100 employees work in a family-oriented culture with high ambitions. The factory produces, among other things, Fjällbrynt's messmör and various sauces from Lohmanders. Here, we combine tradition and innovation, and we are now looking for a Quality Coordinator.
**Your Role**
As a Quality Coordinator, you will work with food, both in a lab environment and on the production floor. In your daily work, you will closely collaborate with production and factory management, as well as with other departments within Foodmark such as product development. Deviation management and improvement work are central parts of our operations, and as a Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in the factory's operational management.
Your responsibilities will include sensory assessments, sampling for microbiological analyses sent to external laboratories, measurements, and routine checks. You will also participate in – and if necessary, lead – root cause analyses and conduct training on quality and hygiene.
**Tasks**
You will, for example, work with:
- Tasting and assessing products and raw materials. Please note that this includes everything from eggs, shellfish, meat, lactose, etc.
- Participating in – and leading activities and root cause analyses regarding internal deviations.
- Carrying out tasks, analyses, and sampling related to our control program and HACCP work.
- Leading and conducting training related to hygiene and food safety.
**We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:**
- A university degree in microbiology, food technology, or a similar field.
- Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form, and good English skills.
- Good computer skills and experience working with the Office suite.
**Meritorious:**
- Experience in a similar role within food production.
- Experience working with HACCP and GFSI standards, such as BRCGS, as all of Foodmark's operations are BRCGS certified.
- Practical knowledge in sensory evaluation.
