The role involves close collaboration with various organizational functions, where you actively contribute to preventing quality issues and streamlining work methods. Primary Responsibilities: • Manage and analyze production deviations • Initiate and follow up on corrective actions • Conduct root cause analyses and drive improvement activities • Ensure production complies with quality requirements, drawings, and standards • Collaborate with colleagues to prevent quality problems • Participate in and develop quality control and internal inspection processes • Contribute to standardization and efficiency of work methods Experience and Competence You have several years of experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry and are accustomed to handling deviations, complaints, and driving improvement efforts. We believe you possess good knowledge of quality methods and tools and have a strong understanding of drawing reading and measurement techniques. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Previous experience in a technical role and working in the SAP business system is meritorious. Personal Qualities You are communicative, solution-oriented, and practically minded. You are structured and analytical and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
