About the Client Company
Our client develops, manufactures, and sells precision tools and machines used for monitoring and maintenance of marine diesel and gas engines in commercial vessels and combustion engines in power plants. The headquarters is located in Malmö, with production units in Brøndby and Malmö. The business is global and operates through sales and service teams, subsidiaries, and sales representatives. The customer base consists of engine designers, engine builders, shipping companies, power plants, service workshops, and shipyards. The company has approximately 120 employees and a turnover of over 20 million euros.
Job Responsibilities
As a CNC Operator, you will:
• Independently program, set up, and operate CNC-controlled turning machines
• Work from scratch with raw materials and tool selection
• Perform quality controls and read drawings with high accuracy
• Ensure production meets high standards of precision and efficiency
• Document work according to internal procedures
You will work with the client's new Mazak machine, which means you will have a key role in optimizing and driving production forward.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience as a CNC operator in turning • Good knowledge of CNC machine programming • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Merits
• Experience with Mazak or similar advanced CNC machines • B driver's license and access to a car • Experience in manufacturing industry with high-quality requirements
