Your Responsibilities
As Quality Manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring and further developing the quality of the company's products and processes in accordance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
Duties include:
• Plan and implement product quality assurance in line with APQP methodology (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
• Approve product and process quality according to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Perform and coordinate laboratory testing, both internally and externally.
• Measure and analyze items within ongoing projects.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Work in various customer systems, both during project phases and in ongoing production.
• Create, update, and document instructions and quality-related procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers and suppliers in Swedish and English; German language skills are advantageous.
• Contribute to maintaining and developing the company's quality system in accordance with IATF 16949 standard.
• Handle complaint cases, both internal and external, including follow-up and preventive actions.
Your Background
Candidates should have a technical background, preferably as an engineer in quality, production, or a related field. You have a structured and analytical approach and enjoy a role that combines technical expertise with problem-solving and communication. You are comfortable working both independently and in teams, and can easily collaborate with different functions within the organization as well as with customers and suppliers.
You have a good understanding of quality systems and are comfortable working according to established standards and methods. Experience with APQP and PPAP is advantageous, as is familiarity with interpreting drawings and working in customer systems. The role suits someone who is meticulous, solution-oriented, and able to drive improvement work systematically.
You express yourself well in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing, and have communication skills that make it easy to establish good relationships internally and externally. German language skills are seen as an asset.
