Your Role As a Quality and Business Developer, you will be a central player in our efforts to ensure high quality, clear processes, and good internal governance – with a particular focus on our housing cooperatives. In this role, you will drive improvement initiatives, monitor quality, and act as an important support for both management and your colleagues. The assignment is both strategic and operational, meaning you will work closely with the operations manager and actively participate in the management team's work. A significant part of the role involves quality monitoring, where you will have a clear controller function within the management group. You will serve as an internal support in matters related to quality assurance, process monitoring, and identification of areas for improvement – always with a particular focus on property management and our housing cooperative clients. You will report to the Operations Manager for Property Management and collaborate closely with both the line organization and other support functions. Together, you will work to create a unified, quality-assured, and customer-focused delivery throughout the organization. Examples of Responsibilities • Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in delivery • Map processes, conduct gap analyses, and identify risk areas • Develop tools for quality monitoring and initiate improvement measures • Lead or participate in projects focused on quality assurance • Train and support the organization in new working methods Who We Are Looking For We are seeking someone with experience in the property industry who is driven by analysis, structure, and problem-solving.
