Reviv works to provide support and guidance to individuals in and out of destructive contexts with high safety requirements. Reviv currently operates nationally and is now seeking new colleagues to work with moving forward.
We are looking for an engaged and responsible individual to join our team working with protected placements in the areas of exit from criminality, Domestic Violence, and Honor-Related Contexts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as a qualified contact person, you will provide practical support to individuals in their interactions with other actors based on established plans regarding livelihood, employment, and other areas of need.
* Participate in and support the individual in creating a meaningful leisure time, including interests and activities.
* Perform ongoing documentation in the form of journal notes.
* Conduct drug tests as needed.
* Support the individual in daily life skills (ADL) when necessary.
* Provide motivational and supportive conversations.
* Participate in and support planning for the individual's independence.
* Participate in regular follow-ups and meetings regarding the individual's planning.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Completed or ongoing post-secondary education in treatment assistance, social or special education, or equivalent education.
* Professional experience working with the target group, preferably in areas of criminality, addiction care, social services, or psychiatry.
* Experience working with various authorities.
* Strong communication skills and experience in motivational and supportive work.
* Training and experience in Motivational Interviewing (MI)
* Documentation experience
* Experience in independent work with the target group

* Training in Low Arousal Approach
* Training and experience in Children's Needs in Focus (BBIC)
* License to perform Crime as a Lifestyle (KSL)
* Training in FREDA, Patriark, or Sara

DRIVER'S LICENSE
* Swedish B driver's license required - preferably with access to a personal vehicle.
ABOUT THE POSITION
* The position is an hourly employment based on operational needs.
* We will try to match our needs with your availability, but client and operational needs always take priority. Needs may exist during daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
* We do not have a collective agreement. No overtime pay, fixed hourly rate.
