Reviv works to provide support and guidance to individuals in and out of destructive contexts where safety requirements are high. Reviv is currently active nationwide and is now seeking new colleagues to work with moving forward.
We are looking for you who are committed and responsible to join our team working with protective placements in the areas of leaving criminality, domestic violence, and honor-related contexts.
DUTIES
In your role as a qualified contact person, you will provide practical support to the individual in their contact with other actors based on established planning regarding livelihood, occupation, and other need areas.
* Be involved in and support the individual in creating a meaningful leisure time with, for example, leisure interests and activities.
* Perform ongoing documentation in the form of journal notes.
* Conduct drug tests as needed.
* Support the individual in daily life skills (ADL) when necessary.
* Support the individual with motivational and supportive conversations.
* Be involved and support the planning of the individual's independence.
* Participate in regular follow-ups and meetings regarding the individual's planning.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Completed or ongoing post-secondary education as a treatment assistant, social or special education teacher, or equivalent education.
* Meritorious professional experience working with the target group, preferably in areas of criminality, addiction care, social services, or psychiatry.
* Experience working with contact with various authorities.
* Good communication skills and experience in working motivationally and supportively.
* Training and experience in MI - Motivational Interviewing
* Documentation experience
* Experience of independent work with the target group

* Training in ÅP - Relapse Prevention
* Training in LAB - Low Affective Approach
* Training and experience in BBIC - Children's Needs in Focus
* License to perform KSL - Criminality as a Lifestyle
* Training in FREDA, Patriark, or Sara

DRIVER'S LICENSE
* Swedish B driver's license required - preferably with access to own vehicle.
ABOUT THE POSITION
* The position is an hourly employment primarily located in evenings and weekends.
* We do not have a collective agreement. No overtime pay, fixed hourly wage.
