Qualified Contact Person - Protective Placements

Reviv works to provide support and guidance to individuals in and out of destructive contexts where safety requirements are high. Reviv is currently operating nationally and is now seeking new colleagues to work forward with. We are looking for an engaged and responsible individual to join our team that works with protective placements in the areas of exiting criminality, domestic violence, and honor-related contexts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a qualified contact person, you will provide practical support to the individual in their interactions with other actors based on an established plan regarding livelihood, employment, and other areas of need. • Participate in and support the individual in creating a meaningful leisure time with, for example, hobbies and activities. • Perform ongoing documentation in the form of journal notes. • Conduct drug tests as needed. • Support the individual in daily living skills (ADL) as needed. • Provide motivational and supportive conversations with the individual. • Be involved in and support the planning for the individual's independence. • Participate in regular follow-ups and meetings regarding the individual's planning. REQUIREMENTS FOR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Completed or ongoing post-secondary education as a treatment assistant, social or special educator, or equivalent education. • Experience working with various authorities. • Good communication skills and experience working in a motivational and supportive manner. • Training and experience in MI - Motivational Interviewing. • Familiarity with documentation practices. PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS • Training in RP - Relapse Prevention. • Relevant work experience with the target group, preferably in the areas of criminality, addiction care, social services, or psychiatry. • Training in Low Arousal Approach (LAB). • Training and experience in BBIC - Children's Needs in Focus. • License to perform KSL - Criminality as a Lifestyle. • Training in FREDA, Patriarch, or Sara. DRIVER'S LICENSE • A Swedish B driver's license is required - preferably with access to your own car. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT • The position is a part-time employment based on the needs of the organization. • We strive to match our needs with your availability as much as possible, but the needs of the client and the organization will always dictate the planning. Needs may arise during the day, evening, and weekend. • We offer a fixed hourly wage.
