Who are you? To fit in with us, we see that you possess the following qualities and qualifications:
• Nursing assistant training – you are educated and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you have a strong command of Swedish both verbally and in writing, and can document professionally.
• B driver's license – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.
• Stress-resistant, responsible, and independent – you handle pressured situations with calmness and determination, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy working independently, while also collaborating when needed.
• Empathetic, attentive, and communicative – you have a genuine desire to help, understand that each client has their own needs and wishes, and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are accustomed to working in an environment where no two days are alike, and can adapt to clients' needs.
• Thorough and responsible – you have a high level of quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.
Responsibilities – What will you do? As a nursing assistant in home care, you will play a central role in our clients' lives, and your responsibilities will vary based on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to do:
• Personal care – assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Social support and conversation – create security through presence, conversation, and care.
• Supervision and assistance as needed – provide support during transfers and other situations requiring extra attention.
• Practical tasks – assist with shopping, meals, and other activities that can facilitate the client's daily life.
• Documentation – carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.
Working Hours and Periods Employment: Monday – Friday. Working hours: 15:30 - 22:00. Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby Kyrkby, but the work takes place within Vallentuna municipality, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute. We do not accept applications via email.
