About the Position
As a Course Developer, you will be a key player in our digital initiative. This is an operational role where you will combine your pedagogical expertise with digital thinking to develop high-quality courses in consultation with teachers and course leaders. You will also work on continuous follow-up, evaluation, and improvement of our courses to ensure we always deliver top-quality education.
Responsibilities
• Develop and structure course materials
• Create and build content in our educational platform
• Follow up on course evaluations and ensure high-quality learning
• Communicate with teachers and contribute to maintaining Hvilan's high standards
• Identify improvement areas and propose actions
Qualifications
• Documented experience in course development and quality issues
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and image editing experience
• Strong communication skills in speech and writing
• Ability to work systematically and independently
• Relevant university education or equivalent
