About the position – Temporary Social Worker at Capio Nacka Geriatrics and ASIH As a social worker with us, you will work with patients and relatives in both geriatric inpatient care and ASIH. You will provide psychosocial support, counseling, and advice, as well as collaborate with other professionals in the team to strengthen the resources of patients and their relatives in a complex care situation. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, participating in care planning, and collaborating with external actors such as authorities and primary care. You will be an important part of the multidisciplinary team, focusing on the best interests of the patient. Qualifications and experience • A degree in social work or another equivalent higher education deemed suitable for social work in healthcare by the National Board of Health and Welfare. • Experience working as a social worker in healthcare, preferably in geriatrics, palliative care, or ASIH. • Strong ability to work independently and make decisions based on the organization's routines as well as relevant laws and guidelines. • Proficient in spoken and written Swedish. Additional language skills are an advantage.
