Adult Psychiatry Clinic 1 in Lund is a specialist psychiatric clinic with approximately 30 employees striving to be at the forefront. We work with team-based care, collaborating across professions to best meet the needs of our patients. Our mission is to assess, evaluate, and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions. To ensure our patients' needs for safety, continuity, and security, we work with fixed care contacts, individual care plans, and collaborate with other stakeholders. The clinic is located in the psychiatry building on Baravägen, where several different psychiatric specialist clinics are situated.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
With us, you will primarily work as a social worker focusing on psychosocial treatment, providing individual support conversations and practical assistance. Collaboration and cooperation with other healthcare providers, units, and municipalities are also part of the role.
You will work collaboratively in the clinic's team alongside other social workers, doctors, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. You will participate with your colleagues in the clinic's development work and the ongoing implementation of standardized care processes. We consider an interest in leading groups, such as anxiety management courses and introductory training for new patients, to be desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome applicants who have a recognized degree in social work. If you are a licensed healthcare social worker, this is highly meritorious. If you belong to a licensed professional group, proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement.
Since you will be working both individually and in a team, you need to possess good collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently. We appreciate flexibility and initiative in a candidate, as well as a willingness to contribute to good cooperation through engagement, effective communication, and a positive attitude. Personal suitability is of great importance.

The mission within psychiatry is to provide specialized care in publicly operated child, adult, and forensic psychiatry. Habilitation focuses on habilitation and rehabilitation within publicly operated child, youth, and adult habilitation. The assistive devices unit is responsible for managing assistive devices prescribed to patients in Skåne. The department also includes vision, hearing, and deaf services, as well as youth clinics in Skåne.
