The High School and Labor Market Administration is responsible for labor market initiatives, financial assistance, the reception of newcomers and quota refugees, as well as upper secondary school, adult education, and summer internships.

Description of Duties
Are you passionate about working preventively and health-promoting with young people from diverse backgrounds and experiences? Then you are the one we are looking for. With us, you will come to a school where student health plays an important role in students' learning and well-being. You will work both at the group level and individual level within our fantastic student health team, as well as in close collaboration with mentors.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• A degree in Social Work
• Documented experience working with teenagers in schools and social services
Additionally, it is advantageous if you have documented experience working with young people with neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF) and intellectual disabilities (IF).
As a counselor, it is important that you are calm, secure, and stable, contributing to a positive school environment. Furthermore, you have a strong drive, take responsibility for your tasks, and can independently structure your processes, making clear plans and priorities. It is also crucial that you possess good empathetic skills and can create and maintain relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
