JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The school social team's efforts aim to increase school attendance and provide students with improved opportunities to succeed in school. The workplace is Sävsjö Municipality's primary schools. The school social team will work operationally closely with students, school staff, student health services, social services, guardians, and other stakeholders. Based on the student's specific needs, collaboration with other actors is a central part of the work.
The team will, for example:
- Offer psychosocial support in various forms, motivational interviews, provide opportunities for social training, and support creating structure in daily life.
- Support and guide guardians.
- Provide advisory support in planning individualized instruction.
- Work operationally within school units.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking candidates with a Social Work degree or similar education.
