**About the Role**
As a social worker with us, you will work to enhance the mental and social well-being of the elderly through counseling support, crisis management, and guidance. You will provide support to both residents and their relatives and serve as an important resource for staff regarding interactions and psychosocial support.
A particular focus of the role is the ethics forum, where you will facilitate reflection and discussion on ethical issues in care and support. You will mentor and train staff, participate in reflective conversations, and contribute to a safe and professional work environment. The role combines independent work with collaboration in a multidisciplinary team, where you will help create a meaningful and secure daily life for our residents.

You need to be able to work independently and take responsibility while also having good collaboration skills and enjoying working in a multidisciplinary team. **Job Description**
We are currently seeking a part-time colleague for a permanent position with a probationary period at a 75% employment rate.
- Degree in Social Work
- Experience working as a social worker
- Experience in elderly care
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
**Meritorious**
Experience in dementia care and working with BPSD (behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia) is an advantage.
Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also request a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
