About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will become an important part of an engaged team and serve as the customer's first point of contact with the company. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, answer questions, guide customers, and ensure that each interaction leads to a positive experience.
The position is a full-time assignment for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Working hours are during office hours, Monday to Friday, with desired start immediately or by agreement.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service who is passionate about helping people. You are comfortable communicating via both phone and email, are solution-oriented, and have a professional and clear communication style.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are positive, collaborative, and adaptable to different situations and customer needs.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
