About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a fantastic team that responds to a vast number of phone calls daily from Svea Bank’s customers, debtors, and authorities. You will primarily use the phone as your tool, managing many incoming calls of various natures. You will answer questions regarding collections, invoicing, and parking matters, among others. With us, you will work in a lively environment alongside engaged colleagues who are quick to share laughter and support and encourage one another. The position is full-time, during office hours, on weekdays. We are located in bright offices at Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, close to public transport such as commuter trains, trams, buses, and the subway. Mall of Scandinavia has many shops and restaurants, and we have our own gym adjacent to the office that you can visit during lunch or before/after work. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you if you are passionate about working with a customer-focused approach and have a genuine interest in service. It is important that you quickly understand the customer and that you possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English; additional languages are an asset. Furthermore, we would like you to: • Be open to change and contribute with a positive attitude • Have good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems relatively quickly • Be interested in and willing to learn more about financial solutions • Be down-to-earth and ready to roll up your sleeves when and where needed • Actively work on developing your skills and share your knowledge with others • Take responsibility for your work and have an easy time collaborating with others You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with numerous contacts, as you will be answering and managing a large number of phone calls and emails daily. Previous experience in customer service is beneficial, but other work experience and the right attitude also provide a good foundation for taking on this role.
