About this role

Our client is seeking an engaged customer service representative to strengthen the team and deliver exceptional service. You will be the public face and a key player in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience. ABOUT THE POSITION As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries. You play a crucial role in building long-term relationships by offering personal and professional service. You will work in a dynamic team where each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work at our client's location. The assignment initially covers December and a few weeks into January. RESPONSIBILITIES Job Duties The role involves handling incoming customer contacts, answering questions, solving problems, and providing information about the company's products and services, with a focus on creating a positive customer experience. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email * Provide support and efficiently resolve problems * Register and document cases in the system * Inform customers about products and services * Handle complaints and feedback WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO - Has good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with the company's customers - Has basic computer skills - Has completed high school education Previous experience working in service, especially where the telephone was the primary work tool, is considered meritorious.
