Dala Vatten och Avfall is responsible for the operation, development, coordination, administration, and planning of water, sewage, and waste management activities in Gagnef, Leksand, Rättvik, and Vansbro. The main office is located in Leksand.

**Customer Service Employee**

**The Position**
As a member of our customer service team, you will respond to inquiries and provide support to our customers via phone, email, systems, and in some cases, in-person visits. Your tasks will involve handling customer information in case and operations systems, such as invoices, pricing, contracts, and fault reports. You will answer questions from our customers and offer advice on waste and municipal water services.
The role will also provide internal support to the organization regarding customer matters, administration, information, and questions related to operational systems and issues regarding tariffs and consumption. As a customer service employee, you will join a team consisting of experienced colleagues who will provide you with the best possible introduction to ensure you feel comfortable in your role.
**Qualifications**
To thrive in this role, we would like you to have experience from previous work in customer service/administrative roles and be accustomed to handling various types of service/customer inquiries and operational systems. It is an advantage if you have worked in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, previous experience from a water/waste/energy company is a plus.
Furthermore, we expect you to have at least a high school diploma and be proficient in MS Office/Office 365. You should have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both verbal and written forms. We also appreciate if you have a technical and/or environmental interest and a good understanding of our geographical area, which will help you assist our customers effectively.
**Personality**
As a person, you are positive and solution-focused, willing to take initiative, and enjoy meeting new people. In customer interactions, it is important that you can quickly establish trust by being informative and advisory.
You are an engaged person who contributes to a positive work environment by building good relationships and collaborating with others both internally and externally. Since the job involves various tasks related to customer service and administration, being flexible is beneficial. This role offers an exciting mix of independent work and teamwork.
**Employment**
You will be employed by Lundin & Boström and assigned to our client on a full-time basis for approximately six months. There are significant chances for extended assignments or employment with DVA.
