Job Description
As a customer service representative in Sundbyberg, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to a positive customer experience by handling various customer inquiries and offering solutions in a professional manner.
Job Responsibilities
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from customers
• Provide information and support regarding the company's products and services
• Effectively handle customer complaints and problem-solve with customer satisfaction as the focus
• Document and record customer interactions in our CRM system
About You
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible and solution-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer service or a similar field is desirable
• Good computer skills and comfortable using various IT systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Qualifications
