In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Receive incoming calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve inquiries and handle cases quickly and efficiently.
- Forward more complex issues to the appropriate internal contact.
- Ensure that customer data is kept updated and accurate in our systems.
- Participate in improving our processes and routines within customer support.

- Demonstrates good listening skills and can put themselves in the customer’s perspective.
