About the Job
As a Customer Service Representative, You Are the Face of the Transport Agency. You Provide Professional Support and Service to Citizens and Businesses, Primarily via Phone and Email. The Work Consists of Half Customer Calls and Half Case Management, Which Provides Good Variety in Daily Work.
You Will Work in Multiple Systems and Interfaces Simultaneously, Which Requires You to Be Comfortable Quickly Finding and Interpreting Information.
Working Hours: Weekdays 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Flexibility: Option to Work Remotely Up to Three Days per Week.
You Will
- Answer Queries via Phone, Email, and Mail
- Search, Interpret, and Communicate Information from Various Databases
- Provide Advice and Guidance to Customers
- Explain Legal Texts Clearly
- Make Official Decisions
You Must Have
- Complete High School Diploma or Other Education/Experience Deemed Equivalent by the Employer
- Current Experience in Customer Service
- Good Computer Skills and Ability to Quickly Learn New Systems
- Strong Ability to Express Yourself Verbally and in Writing in Swedish

More Information
Permanent Position Based in Borlänge. Start Date by Agreement. Probationary Period Typically Applied. Remote Work Up to Three Days per Week Possible, Depending on Operational Needs.
