About the Job As a Customer Service Representative, You Are the Face of the Transport Agency. You Provide Professional Support and Service to Citizens and Businesses, Primarily via Phone and Email. The Work Consists of Half Customer Calls and Half Case Management, Which Provides Good Variety in Daily Work. You Will Work in Multiple Systems and Interfaces Simultaneously, Which Requires You to Be Comfortable Quickly Finding and Interpreting Information. Working Hours: Weekdays 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Flexibility: Option to Work Remotely Up to Three Days per Week.
