About the job
As a customer service representative with us, you will work with a variety of tasks, making the work both diverse and educational. In addition to handling incoming calls in our customer service, you will also respond to written inquiries and evaluate and decide on matters concerning driving licenses and vehicle issues. You will work with either driving license or vehicle matters. The job requires you to quickly gather the right information from our various systems.
Working hours are equally divided between incoming calls in our customer service and case processing, scheduled from 08:00 to 16:30.
As an employee with us, there is an opportunity to work remotely part of the week. Employment begins with training that concludes with an examination.

You will
- Provide information, advice, and guidance in our customer service
- Work with case processing
- Make administrative decisions
- Interpret and explain legislation
- Search for information in various databases.
You must have
- Completed secondary school qualifications or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
- At least one year of work experience in a job centered around client interaction
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Strong computer skills and the ability to handle various types of IT-based information and operational systems.
It is advantageous if you also have
- Experience in customer contact via phone
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Experience in administrative tasks.

The position is permanent, located in Örebro. Appointment will be made according to agreement. We practice a probationary employment period. As an employee, you have the opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. The needs of the operation and the nature of the tasks will determine whether and to what extent this is possible.
