Then you could be our next colleague in the Customer Service team at Hööks! **About the Role** As a customer service representative with us, you will play a vital role in our customers' experience with Hööks. You will assist our customers via email, social media, and occasionally by phone – always with the goal of exceeding expectations and delivering world-class service. The work takes place on-site in Borås, where you will become part of an engaged team that enjoys a dynamic atmosphere, collaboration, and satisfied customers. **Your Responsibilities** - Provide the best service to our customers via email, social media, and phone - Support our stores and colleagues with quick and clear responses - Manage orders, payments, and customer inquiries across various systems - Ensure that customer information is always accurate - Welcome our visitors at the reception and contribute to a positive experience - Work towards set goals and contribute to the department's development and team spirit **We Believe You** - Have a natural sense of service and a genuine customer focus - Are a clear communicator – both in writing and verbally - Find it easy to prioritize, organize, and juggle multiple tasks - Enjoy working in a team but also take responsibility for your own tasks - Speak and write fluent Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are a plus) - Have experience in customer service, administration, or a similar service role **Why Hööks?** At Hööks, we take pride in our culture – we care about both our customers and colleagues.
