Junior Customer Service Representative with Service Experience Wanted for Well-Known Restaurant Chain

Your New Role
We're looking for someone who wants to try something new, enjoys solving problems, helping others, and has service experience. Working in a cash register (or similar) will be beneficial as you'll easily understand user needs.
You'll be stepping into a junior customer service role in IT and Tech Support (no prior IT knowledge required). We call the role Support Technician, but we're seeking someone with service experience and willingness to learn rather than existing IT expertise. You'll work with a team of 10 people who support and help each other in all situations.
You'll learn troubleshooting and problem-solving in IT support. Tasks may involve helping with computers, mobile phones, tablets, and screens. Examples include guiding users through various programs, resetting passwords, adding users to groups (e.g., email groups), recovering lost files, performing network, Windows, and Office troubleshooting, and much more.
After gaining experience, you'll also be rotated to Onsite in Stockholm City. During onsite weeks, you'll help users with various IT problems like hardware, peripherals, and conference room equipment.

You'll work as a consultant for Thalamus at our client located in Solna/Sundbyberg. The client supports users in the restaurant industry - a large, well-known fast-food chain.

About You
We prefer candidates who have worked in a service profession for a few months/a year/several years and are experienced in customer interaction and problem-solving. Experience in restaurants, retail, hairdressing, beauty care, reception, or similar is welcome. Cash register experience is interesting to us.
