Customer Service Representative at Vartex, part of the WeSports Group!

They are part of WeSports, Sweden's leading e-commerce sports equipment retailer. With an office located in central Malmö and a dedicated staff, they strive to offer outstanding service to their customers. They are currently in an expansion phase and are therefore seeking customer service representatives with an interest in training and fitness who are ready for new challenges. As part of a dynamic team, you will use your service-oriented side to help customers with questions, problems, and well-founded purchasing decisions. As a customer service representative, you will have a varied workday that includes providing customer support via phone, chat, and email, as well as handling orders, service cases, and delivery inquiries. Furthermore, you will offer professional guidance to assist customers in choosing the right training products and collaborate closely with your team to ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience. The position is full-time, and you will work office hours Monday to Friday from Vartex's office in Malmö. The position is long-term and will initially be a 6-month probationary employment starting immediately. This is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting will handle the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Vartex. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone who has: - Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing - Ability to provide professional and personal service to both business and private customers - Ability to work both independently and in a team - Good understanding of e-commerce and sales processes - Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
