About the Position
You will be part of an amazing team working with customer service across different countries and languages. Your work will include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Handling complaints and returns
• Providing assistance with products, services, and processes
• Resolving customer problems quickly and efficiently
• Escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
• Collecting valuable feedback and following up on customer cases
• Active improvement and efficiency work
• Administrative tasks such as documenting customer contacts in CRM systems, updating customer information and reports
This position will be approximately 50% employment.
Who Are You?
We believe you are primarily capable of handling the Swedish language both verbally and in writing, and for this part also the Swedish language as this is central within the group. We also prefer that you have experience in similar customer service-related work and can handle customer feedback and improvement work. You are a solution-oriented, responsible, flexible person who can make quick and well-considered decisions during high-paced moments.
It would be meritorious if you also have experience with systems like Salesforce, Dixa, or similar.
We would like you to have:
• Experience/education in customer service work, communication, or feedback management
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Dixa, or similar (this is considered a plus)
• Proficiency in Swedish language, both verbal and written
