Customer Service Representative for Sweden's Largest Cosmetics Retailer

A typical workday involves extensive customer contact, order management, and responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and SMS. You will also contact existing customers to ensure their needs and offer new products, as well as send out newsletters. The position is full-time and ongoing.
