The Øresund Bridge connects Sweden and Denmark – and now we are seeking you to help enhance the customer experience. As part of the customer service team of approximately 20 people, you will be a key person for our customers when they have questions, concerns, or need assistance.
THE JOB
As a customer service representative, you will respond to incoming calls and emails from Swedish, Danish, and English-speaking customers. The inquiries range from invoices and pricing to complaints and refunds. You will work in an open office environment alongside engaged colleagues, where we all support and help each other. The pace can be high at times, but we support one another and work together towards common goals. Quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency are important guiding principles for us, which we hope resonate with you as well.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others and is accustomed to taking responsibility and driving your tasks to completion. You thrive in a changing everyday environment and can easily switch between tasks and customer matters. To succeed in this role:
• You have previous experience in customer service via phone and/or email
• You are familiar with working with digital systems and have good computer skills
• You are flexible and solution-oriented
• You have a strong service mindset and communicate clearly
• You are used to working both independently and in a team
• You are comfortable communicating in Swedish, Danish, and English
• You possess good analytical skills and are detail-oriented

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position of Customer Service Representative is a permanent role with direct employment at the Øresund Bridge. To be considered for the position, you must have Danish as your native language/first language and possess a driver's license and access to a car if you need to travel to the workplace.
