About the Role
As a customer service representative at MOVS, you are a key person in customer contact – for both private individuals and resellers. You will primarily work via phone and email, handling everything from orders and deliveries to complaints and basic sales. You will collaborate closely with other teams and contribute to creating a smooth customer experience in a high-paced environment, especially during peak season.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Manage orders, deliveries, and complaints
- Track shipments and use various knowledge databases
- Contribute to sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other MOVS teams
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who is:
- Structured, meticulous, and comfortable in changing situations
- Responsible, pragmatic, and has an entrepreneurial drive
- Solution-oriented with a holistic view and improvement mindset
- Communicative in Swedish and English
- Cycling interest and Zendesk experience are meriting
- Driver's license is meriting but not required

What We Offer!
- Temporary position, 9 months, starting as soon as possible
- Working hours: On-site in Stockholm, weekdays approx. 8 AM–6 PM
